- Collision

- Cargo hose burst
- Major cargo spillage or escape vapour
- Every other emergency requiring actions
Other Alarm Signals (in case of):
- High concentration of toxic/flammable vapours
- Unacceptable condition in cargo tanks/systems
- Unacceptable conditions in auxiliary cargo systems
- System failure in cargo plant/auxiliary systems
- System failure in engine-room/machinery spaces
- CO2 discharge in engine-room/pump-rooms
- High level of oxygen in inert gas
- High level of oil residues in overboard discharge
